Pitch Application

We are keen to attract vendors & exhibitors that fit our vision of a curated Witches Market featuring, e.g. occult art, ritual tools, handmade goods & crafts, natural herbs & apothecary, alternative clothing & accessories. Witches Market booths are under cover of a marquee.

Other vendors of quality goods & services are also very welcome to apply.

Conditions of Booking a pitch at W&W

Vendor and Exhibitor Booth Bookings
Vendor and exhibitor spaces are intended only for the business, products and services described during the booking process.
Vendors must not sell or display products or services that are illegal, prohibited by the venue, or otherwise unsuitable for the event.
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the products and services they sell, including any requirements concerning age-restricted goods.
Vendors are responsible for their own stock, equipment, displays, cash, payment systems and personal belongings.
No vendor may sub-let, transfer or share their allocated booth without our prior written approval.

Booth Allocation
Booth locations are allocated by Warriors and Witches.
We reserve the right to alter booth locations or the event layout where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or venue-related reasons.
Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Booth Setup and Breakdown
Artists and vendors must arrive during the designated setup period and must not begin trading or tattooing before the event is authorised to open.
All exhibitors must remain within their allocated space and must keep their area clean, safe and presentable.
Exhibitors must not obstruct aisles, emergency exits, walkways or neighbouring booths.
Exhibitors must not dismantle or leave their booth before the official closing time unless permission has been given by the event organisers.
Any damage caused to the venue or event property by an exhibitor may be charged to the exhibitor responsible.

Payments
All bookings must be paid for through the payment methods made available on the Warriors and Witches website.
A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings where payment is reversed, declined, disputed or otherwise not successfully completed.

Booking Cancellation by an Artist or Vendor
If an artist or vendor can no longer attend, they should notify Warriors and Witches as soon as possible.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by us or required by applicable law.
Any request to transfer a booth to another artist or business must be approved by us in advance.

Health & Safety
H&S Law requires that you take reasonable steps to be as safe as possible and to use a logical method of checking that you have done so.
All artists/vendors/exhibitors at Warriors and Witches will need to carry a copy of their PL insurance and current risk assessment throughout the event for inspection by relevant authorities.
All electrical equipment, leads and sockets must comply with electrical safety regulations, have a current PAT certificate and should be in good working order.
Extension leads must not be overloaded.
Electrical leads, sockets and devices must be kept away from public access and kept away from rain unless suitably protected.

All generators must be diesel and must have at least one appropriate fire extinguisher.
All fuel brought in must be held in the proper container.
Generators must be properly maintained and operated correctly in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.
A serviced, in date, 6L foam extinguisher or 6kg powder extinguisher must be in place with any generator which must be operated in a safe, well ventilated location.
Hot exhausts must be kept away from any potential combustibles.
